Born and raised on the Mornington Peninsula, Virginia has seen the area develop into a world-renown region and, while she loves travelling, is extremely proud to call the Peninsula home.
Commencing her working life with the ANZ Bank, Virginia developed a love for things that add up. From there, her father-in-law introduced her to the Real Estate Industry over 20 years ago at Davies Estate Agency, Rye. Throughout her career, Virginia has mastered many skills including Reception, Property Management, Sales Assistant, Commercial Property Management and Accounts Management. She's even cleaned a house or two! Virginia joined Ian Oldstein in 2008 and is responsible for the business accounting. She has a sound understanding of the Retails Leases Act 2003 and is proficient in preparation of lease documentation and disclosure statements and assists with lease assignments and surrenders. Clients benefit from Virginia's extensive experience and knowledge on what works and what doesn't-She's seen it all-and she provides quality industry advice.
Having worked alongside some of the Peninsula's best sales agents and property managers, Virginia has built a strong professional network to draw on for expertise in Commercial Property, Sales, Residential & Holiday Rentals.
